Order Processing
Sisi Amor Boutique Inc. processes all orders within 24 hours. Any order received on a weekend, federal holiday or after 6pm Central Time on any weekday, will be processed on the following business day.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in longer delivery times and possible additional charges for redelivery. We do ship to PO Boxes, additional charges may apply.
Separate Shipments

It is very important that you know that orders may or may not arrive in one shipment because they are shipped from different warehouses. There are several reasons why your shipment may be split up. One reason is that a lot of our items come from different warehouses in different areas or different states. One item that you purchase may be shipped from our Tennessee warehouse and another from our Illinois warehouse which will also differ in your shipment arrival times. This is the reason that some orders with multiple items may arrive separately. Both tracking numbers will be sent by email.

Shipping Rates
We dislike shipping charges just as much as you, so we do our best to keep the shipping charges low. We do NOT make a profit off of shipping charges, and sometimes lose money on shipping in order to keep the cost low.
2020 Shipping Rates are below:
0 - $20.00 =$4.95 / $20.00 - $40.00 =$6.95 / $40.00 - $60.00 =$8.95 / $60.00 - $80.00 =$10.95 / $90.00 - $99.00 =$12.95
$100.00 and up = Free Shipping
Damages/Shipping Delays
Sisi Amor Boutique Inc. does not assume responsibility for shipping delays or damages as a result of the USPS/UPS/Fed-Ex services. If damage during shipping occurs, you will need to file a claim with USPS/UPS/Fed-Ex directly. We are not responsible for lost, held or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS/UPS/Fed-Ex along with your order, any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. If an order is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact your local carrier to resolve the issue or file a missing package claim.
**IF YOUR SHIPMENT SHOWS A CONFIRMED DELIVERY FROM THE USPS, UPS, FEDEX, WE ARE NOT LIABLE/RESPONSIBLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT PACKAGE.  PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE/CARRIER TO OPEN A CASE REGARDING THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGE.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER, MISHANDLING BY CARRIER, OR UN-DELIVERABLE ADDRESSES.
Out Of Stock
There are times that by the time an order is placed the item may become out of stock in the warehouse. If this happens we will notify you via email if you would like to replace it with a different item with the same price value or receive a refund for the out of stock item. There are absolutely NO refunds after item has been shipped.
Items will ONLY be shipped Monday-Saturday; although they’re processed within 24 hours.

  Refunds/Returns

We do not offer refunds on any items unless an item is Out of Stock.

At this time we do not accept returns.
